The USER acknowledges the inherent risks of using the internet, including response times and vulnerabilities. The USER remains fully responsible for their activities on THE SITE and must take all necessary measures to ensure proper and efficient use of the platform. Any malfunctions or issues must be promptly reported to THE COMPANY.

In the event of a dispute, USERS may seek resolution through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Failing an amicable agreement, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
