Data are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship or, failing that, for three months. The USER acknowledges the inherent risks of using the internet, including response times and vulnerabilities. The USER remains fully responsible for their activities on THE SITE and must take all necessary measures to ensure proper and efficient use of the platform. Any malfunctions or issues must be promptly reported to THE COMPANY.

Article 6: Intellectual Property

The content of THE SITE is protected as intellectual property under French law. THE COMPANY retains exclusive rights to all industrial and intellectual property related to THE SITE, including logos, images, videos, texts, software, and databases.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law, regardless of the USER’s place of residence, unless otherwise mandated by European Regulation 593/2008 (“Rome I”).

In the event of a dispute, USERS may seek resolution through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Failing an amicable agreement, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
